Return Policy

Here at Sweetheart Extensions, we hope your order does not need to be returned to us. If it does, we have a 7-day return policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. The item should be intact with all tags, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you contact us at info@sweethearextensions.com. In the subject line, please write "Return" followed by your order number.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to do an exchange is to first set up a return, submit that item, and we will send you a credit with in 24-48hours to make a separate purchase for a new item(s).

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
