Thank You for ordering with Sweetheart Extensions
Please ensure that the billing and shipping address are accurate. Make sure you are entering the correct billing address associated with the card you are using to make the purchase. If this information is incorrect, then your card will not process the payment.
If you see a pending transaction on your card after being declined, it will fall off, as it is only showing since you attempted to make the transaction.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O boxes.

How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 2-5 business days. Processing only occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday after 4pm, your order will be processed on Monday.)- Express Shipping Orders take 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
All package delivery is with USPS, and a signature is required.
2. When will my tracking number update?
After receiving a tracking email, the shipping information will become available within 24hrs. Your tracking number will be sent to your email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 24–48 hours of placing your order(s) please contact customer service at info@sweetheartextensions.com
3. Can I make changes to my order
- Express Shipping Orders take 2 to 3 Business Days.
Orders can not be changed after purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please email info@sweetheartextensions.com for assistance. Please note, we will respond in the order messages are received.
